SHIPPING METHODS

DEPARTMENT FIVE ships:

• Via BRT in Italy
• Via DHL, in all countries except Italy

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is entrusted to the courier, the customer receives an email from:

• BRT for shipments made in Italy
• DHL, for shipments made to all countries except Italy.

with the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order.

To monitor the status of the order, customers can visit the official website of the courier with which the shipment was made and enter the tracking number in the appropriate area.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed on www.department5.com are prepared and shipped from Italy within 3 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery takes on average between 2 and 4 working days from the shipment of the order in Italy, and between 3 and 8 working days for all other destinations.

The above delivery times may be subject to delays in the event of holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs checks, fortuitous events, or, in general, causes of force majeure. DEPARTMENT FIVE cannot be held responsible for delays due to such circumstances, as they are beyond its control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Below are DEPARTMENT FIVE's shipping costs for each geographic area.

ITALY: €10; FREE SHIPPING: for orders over €200

EUROPEAN UNION: €19; FREE SHIPPING: for orders over €200

UK, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY: €28

REST OF THE WORLD : €35

The prices indicated on the website include VAT and customs duties for the following countries:

Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada.

For all other countries, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relevant amount must be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier itself.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the return of BRT or DHL to the sender DEPARTMENT FIVE will be deducted from the refund due.
