RETURN

The customer can return a product purchased on www.department5.com within 14 days from the delivery date.

The customer can decide to return the order in whole or in part.

Items must be returned in the same original condition (tags and packaging included), well packaged and with the disposable seal still attached.

ITALY: €10

EUROPEAN UNION: €19

UK, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY: €28

REST OF THE WORLD: €35

To make a return, the customer can:

Send an email indicating the order references and the reason for the return to: orders@department5.com

SIZE CHANGE

The customer can request the replacement of items purchased on www.department5.com only for a change of size, where possible, and within 14 days from the delivery date.

Once the item is received and processed, DEPARTMENT FIVE will ship the new item.

To make a size change, the customer can:

Send an email indicating the order references and the size requested to the address: orders@department5.com

Changing size is free in Italy and in the countries of the European Community.

In all other countries, the return and new shipping costs are charged to the customer
